Let me preface this by saying I am not a very tech-savvy person; I only just upgraded to a keyboardless phone in January (I want my physical keys back, dangit!). Anyway, before activating the new phone, I downloaded Verizon Cloud to my computer at the suggestion of the Verizon rep so that my pictures and files from my old phone could be saved, so I have them there, but I cannot figure out how to get them directly onto my computer (as in, saved to my C drive versus just the Cloud). Is this not possible? And if so, why not??
